Mt Sion Lutheran - Kasson
Every day God gives us is new and a tremendous gift. Please know that each person matters to God and us. We love the seniors in our midst as we learn from their wisdom and Godly examples. We also love the children, the singles, and the families. Each person adds to the blessing of corporate, multi-generational worship.
As a part of each worship service we pray for the needs that are on the heart of those that gather, and certainly we enjoy singing praises to God and studying the Bible together.
We also enjoy the many other ways that God allows us to connect together and with other people. We have a monthly Kids Club that ministers to many children from the community and a week of Vacation Bible School in the summer. Youth have presented talent shows and experienced different adventures together. Even during the challenges of Covid we found creative ways to grow together — we spent a week in Mexico helping at an orphanage, and we went on a wilderness adventure in and around the Boundary Waters.
